The London Business Support Service Teach-In Workshops
Course Title: Developing, Writing and Using a Business Plan
Objective: The chances of any business achieving its objectives and being a real success are considerably increased with a plan than without one. - Why every business needs a plan, even if there is no need to borrow money
- What the plan should contain and why
- What you need to know about your customers/markets and how to find out
- The importance of effective controls
- How to evaluate if there is sufficient funding
- Why ‘One Chance to make a First Impression’ can be all important if you need outside finance
- How to use the Plan
